when a child is born,he knows nothing.but when he grew up he starts learning from his parents.he copies them,acts as them,and many characters come in him.later on he goes to school and develops as of his primary teachers, i have not forgotten my primary teachers.lot of their thinking's,teachings,still exist in my life though i am in my sixties.i can never forget my teachers,Mrs.smith.Mrs.Simon.miss.MacDonald,miss.kalra,Mr.Philips,Mr.Simon,my drawing teacher Mr.Jain, my p. t. teacher Mr.Anthony, Mr. chacko Mr,garg.they all are in my character.i extend my best regards to them.ii had not been if they had not guided me without any returns.i always remember my private teacher Mr. Iqbal for teaching me English.i also thank Mr.Ali for maths. and Mr. mumtaz for Hindi improvement later on .what all i have mentioned to tell that nobody can be perfect without teachers.we should always give them regard.i am successful in many fields only due to knowledge given by my seniors and teachers.in my professional field i learn t a lot from messes. vjren mehrotra,p.r. ganguly,narsman,avinash kjrpal,y.a.patel.o.k.kaul,.i learnt a lot of management from them.i pay my regards once again to all.what i want to bring before my readers and friends is that always remember them then only you get complete success.as a general millions live for their family but only this Will be remembered what you did for humanity,country and world.....najeeb khan agra 282005-india...

who is to see, and how can it be managed, now if you ever visit the residential colonies can see hospitals,coaching ,offices,shops,encroachments,no maintenance of public property,trees planted earlier not maintained,use of plastic-polythene,garbage,animals roaming,blockade of roads ,and many other things. though we have infrastructure for this, regulatory authorities to get the the rules followed. but why no action to prevent such are these problems not creating hygienic problems to citizens do the people does not have civic rights to live peacefully in areas. is not this is responsibility to transfer this to commercial buildings,do n.m.p. is charging commercial charges.local police station should also verify identity of such commercial places, whether the work declared is only going on and the person running business have proper identity.this is very necessary for new arrivals as tenants, and a system to inform before leaving to prevent forgery. so i request the civil administration to allow all activities if they are done by proper permission of the concerned department and are registered as per law and following required norms,rules and regulation to save the citizens from any harm. hope that other social workers will come up to stop too much of commercialization to reduce pollution,crowd, and other problems well known.........najeeb khan agra 282005....

can be careful

there is nobody in the world who can correctly translate the holy "Quran" in this world, there is nobody to born after the prophet Mohammad to do so. if it had been any possibility the prophet must have allowed to read the holy "Quran" in any language , Nobody can claim to translate the holy book in the original form.
So I want the so called religious leaders in India not to create controversies, There is nobody in world after prophet who can elaborate the Quran in own words, prophet is the only messenger of God who in his lifetime delivered the holy book.For knowing or elaborating other facts, rules of Islam. The holy supporting book"Hadis". the common man, religious leaders spiritual leader can understand the directions, given by the prophet. the holy book Quran was compiled in the lifetime of khalifas. Who accompanied the prophet through his whole life, and they only gave message through other books,compiled afterwords by many Imams called hadis . so in short I want to request themselves designated religious leaders in India to follow the instructions of prophet and study well before giving any Fatwa . Fatwa is an Arabic word.
Fatwa is an advise given to individual, and cannot be published by press for all because their are few exceptions for individuals. the law of Islam is an universal truth and no body in present world is so competent to elaborate it in a right way. the law of Islam can only be explain to understand and it gives an idea to follow it. it is already a complete religious constitution and this is an iman of a true Muslim. religious leaders, teachers, translators and others while defining the religion and during uttering their speeches should first deliver in Arabic from Quran then elaborate it in their own words, otherwise some new is added or deleted by mistake also during translation will make gunahgar in the eyes of god. hope that they will study and look on this matter particularly and should be very careful during giving any statement to press. it will be better to verify with other scholars before any statement to press. it is a very sensitive matter and nothing should be done without proper research and study of the holy book and other supporting literature. till date i have gone through the works of many big scholars who have clearly mentioned that they have done their level best to translate but true copy is not possible.

The comment I gave to a newspaper not brought for view, due to reason unknown though I am registered with many newspapers. main part is as follows for my records and review.
On woman bill
I appreciated women bill and requested those who were against it to let the bill passed by both houses, after wards the amendments can be done by consent of majority.regarding favour for minorities, I agree that something should be done for them. but the fact is that what will be the use of reservation if the majority minority is not up to the level of competition and eligibility for the job they can get. Minorities are having the capacity to come up to the level only when their living standard, education and health is up to the mark. so first instead of asking the share and to deprive the majority of the benefit it will better to pass the bill by all, and do in favour of all citizen of India, reservation to any body bring down the competition level. general candidates of good academic career of any religion, caste or community show better results, so instead of making the underprivileged upgrade it will be beneficial to take special care for education, health, so that mass may clear the high school and come forward for higher education. so i request all representative of people to support bill, that constitutionally they can be given benefit, what's use of wasting time, and the judiciary will not accept it, if they will find against constitution.

good day visitors. after gap a new fact in my view. what is the cause of increase in sex abuses in comparison of 2 decades back. in short the reason is too much exposure in films adds. serials maxines journals and books available easily to teen folk. too much of close friendship is other advantage. their is use of liberty beyond the limitations, taking of such food and drinks outside house is giving extra energy which give unrequired sensation and strength, this also divert mind towards wrong. parents are less caring of late roaming of their children which give a chance to anti social elements who are waiting for chances to avail anywhere. much can b prevented by awareness and carefulness. najeeb khan agra on 4-02-2010

historical fact

In my view Mughal rulers made many mistakes which are to be reviewed by old history/ other literature available. Though they were good administrator and fighters and came with new arms and ammunition they ruled such a long period. The main reason due to which they invaded India was due to that time lack of unity among the rulers. If they must have been united the Indian history must have been different. Babar wrote or got written in Babar nama that he never came to rule India but when he saw the wealth, green land, co operation of local rulers who were divided in different groups, available rebels, informers and the support by few of them stopped him to stay in India. That also not developed love for the country he was ruling as a ruler he wished to be buried to his mother place. So his remains were taken from Aram Bagh( Agra) now known as ram Bagh for cremation. Babar area of rule was very limited and he never crossed river Ganga of Kanpur as mentioned in other literature available any how Humayu could not settle but Akbar with the help of learned Bairam khan settled well and he taught him to administrate well. Due to good companions love developed for Hindustan to Akbar and following the systems of Shershah Suri a good reformer and ruler for five years. Akbar ruled well and developed country. Jahagir and Shahjaha were hopeless enjoyed the dynasty of left by Akbar they wasted money in demolition and re constructions, making tombs but they were less for the common people. It was not necessary for making such costly buildings and tombs. This money must have been utilized in making hospitals, school, widow houses children homes in the same architecture if they had love for it, such buildings are of no use. Aurangzeb so called communal on which I m studying was right in many in my personal views. To detain Shahjahan was his right decision, he was always against corruption. Detention of Shahjaha was necessary because he lost senses after the death of hi beloved Mumtaz Mahal up to the extent of madness (this fact available in old books) he was not mentally fit to rule the country.. Facts can be reviewed only by comparative study of books from the archives. This I suggest to the students of history to study related books other than course to clear their doubts.

what i fear

Good day world a good start always end well and the genuine wins. God of everybody saves the
person the devils continue for destruction's through evil and antisocial elements to whom many know but not tell because they have some benefit or fear. The main anguish you see in my writings is due to reasons i faced to get my work done. I went through many hindrances and even having good approaches failed i had to spend money for it. Writings are reflections of what is in your mind. Pen is weapon which writes what goes on in the mind of writer. I regret that sometimes i write for the improvement of working class. This i do to give a message to the new generation not to indulge in such which harms the nation. My ideas only to bring in the mind of somebody to start good work if you can start at last many will be with you to finish crime corruption and other illegal activities from the countries we live and the world. Up till when for little personal benefits the mass will suffer. People to come forward as my ideas given on my websites to encourage people to do social service.
My topic of writing changed from technical, education, history to public related topics due to my experience of immuned network of departments for delaying works and sometimes the work is not done even for years. Sometimes the work is also not done intentionally due to pressure of some persons. Money has become very important these days for those who are indulge in the illegal business of duplicate products which are harming the country. Government should be strict to such antisocial element who are giving loss to many.
