ADMINISTRATIVE LACUNA'S IN GOVERNMENT JOBS

             i have been observing since long the working system in govt. sector.their is partiality for near and dears.it is seen changes due to this after governments are changed in state or central.undue transfers,others are the result of this.why the logo of any party.govt. employees should be neutral and they are.if it was not then only one government have only succeeded in elections ever.
                                                                                    those who are away from corruption always suffer.they are discouraged harassed by corrupt.their is partiality in distribution of work.those who work are always overloaded saying to get better results.if so why no punishments to non deserving or no promotions.all enjoy the promotion facility whether working or non working.in schools of central or state few are fully packed for periods and those near to heads are generally given relief due to no systems or guidelines.or by giving easy periods to enjoy.those near due to any reason case creed or community are overlooked and actions verbal or written only for those not in any favored group.
                                                                        such to be stopped to get proper output from talented,their should be proper distribution of work and all complaints to be seen by neutral panel on working days without prior info.promotions to be given on a c r. overall cumulative performance.gents admins to deal with lady co workers or colleagues in decent manner and to prevent from verbal comments or others.
                                                                                                                                          something now is to be planned to give returns to deserving employees who are working more efficiently or sincerely and not getting any grace due to other reasons quite possible in India. such is very rare in private sector due to answerabilty of management officers others.

how it can be improved.

since my childhood i have many great experiences and i have many to bring on record.we use to live in gali mansa devi agra near raja Ki Mandi.the locality nearby was of all classes,their were advocates,doctors,politicians,service class,teachers,business class etc.in my previous writings i have praised many.but the tendency and attitude and thinking's were different from now.the locality was head quarter of many political parties and organizations.then their were limited parties and organizations.not like now every third house dweller is some portfolio holder.the people were mannered and use to respect the feelings of others.the comments were in polished way like miya ji etc. not like katua etc. katua are orthodox Christians,Jews also and this is done due to medical reasons.now even other religion followers who understand the importance adopt for their children.it is not a symbol or if not followed one will be out of Islam.i have observed many educated persons using this nickname for Muslims.this shows that there is something hidden in their minds.i know such Muslims also who use to hear commentaries of india pak matches then.may be they not knew the game but they fond because it was between two nations who was partitioned on basis of religion.but historical fact is that it was due to ambition of two leaders before independence both had ambition to become p.m.,British new the weaknesses of Indians and their faith and rigidness towards religion.

the people of indian subcontinent are too much religious and emotional too.this is the reason the feelings which they have inherited instead of decreasing have increased.this all have happened due to no proper education and knowledge of other religion.this is not seen in so much level in developed and this is the reason they are advanced.game is good but only up-to game,if you win then wah wah if you loose then face humiliation and even houses of players were attacked in previous matches.it is not EASY to win any game the media and people create more pressure because they expect very much.this is the reason the players loose their concentration due to such pressure created.ultimately we lost the early wickets of sehbag and tendulkar.so what i was discussing that this has increased these days that people are so fond of games that they take it as war.media is also playing role in such attraction.even ravana was shown in pictures when the match was with shree Lanka and others you must have seen.

why such we are not doing for other games why we are out from the competition of our national game hockey.this need attention of government.so again coming back on my topic that in spite of increase of education communal feeling or hatred,comments are not reducing.when facts and proper attitude will develop in all communities.when the division on such will stop.uptill when people will carry on to take advantage of such feelings.it is a law that mass should develop broadmindedness and narrow mindedness is hindrance in development of any nation.all religion leaders can help to tell the realty of their and other religions.merits are always in all religions exceptions and allowances are for need in certain place or another.not necessary to be applied as a law.as regarded food veg or non veg.this is not compulsory in any religion.it doesn't mean that if one eat flesh then only he will be Muslim.

it is human nature to take advantage of religion allowances,as many take.so what can be achieved by love can never be achieved by isolation or group ism.we will have to leave the tribal tendency among all.rigidness is advantage to opportunists and anti socials.they are getting profit by such and they do not want that the mass may be educated and understand the right or wrong as in practice since monarch times.if you want to make any nation or community backward keep him away from facts,education and awareness.when sir syed Ahmad khan asked Muslims to read English their was vast opposition and same is happening in Muslim world by the so called religious leaders who call them that they are protecting Islam and are jehad-is,but actually they are in humans drug-traffickers,arms sellers who have nothing to do with Islam but only to prevent development of Muslims.Muslims and their lady members,boys,girls all should learn all languages with religious education,with professional education.nowhere it is written don't take professional education or read any other language.

so if all religion followers will not come out the parameters then they will be not as developed as rich and educated and never come up to the level of those who have achieved their requirement or standard of living.if no attention is given towards education by all members of civilized society we will prevent the opportunists and anti-socials to take benefit.proper education bring decency,discipline,manners,awareness and right values in the person. we will give space for development for our country by providing good governance,professionals,technicians,historians,administrators,aristocrats,bureaucrats,doctors,and many technocrats who can advance our country on the level of developed.

THE IDEA IS THAT FOR BRIGHT FUTURE WE WILL COME OUT OF THE MISUNDERSTANDING CREATED BY SOME IN US.PRIMARY TEACHERS CAN GIVE THE RIGHT AND REAL INFORMATION WITHOUT ANY FAVOR TO ANY CASTE,CREED,RELIGION OR POLITICS.THEN ONLY A GOOD SOCIETY IN MASS CAN COME OUT.

indirect revunue losses...

when the people faced problems due to marriage homes,others they moved there objections.by the intervention of high court illegal such were closed. it is a law that such can not be made near schools,hospitals,cemeteries,mandirs,mosques or any other religious places.this is the duty of the concerned authorities to see for this.no doubt by celebrations in such the activities at these places are effected and also cause of confrontation.no private celebrations except religious should be allowed in public places without the consent of nagar maha palika ,forest department or a.d.a. as in agra whoever is looking after the premises or comes under in his jurisdiction.
previously in my blog to incr5ease the revenue of govt.agencies or to prevent such the collection by self made unregistered private societies should go to nagar maha palika only because their revenue has got down due to many tasks taken by state governments in their hand by making several nigams.in details you can see my previous blogs.such collections are unaccounted and should only be in the hands of legally approved agencies or government controlled bodies.it should not become a earning source for self designated societies.

such incomes which are hidden and mostly given or saved by user is a part of n.m.p. only.if such will continue in future the misuse of such places will increase.local police on patrolling duty should inform the concerned for security purposes because it give chances to new faces to enter in locality and stay all time and cannot be detected or pointed for their presence due to private parties in progress.it also effect the privacy of nearby residents.why to suffer such which is non helping the government or to society.
i request the concerned to look in this matter and stop the damage of roads parks etc.and the usage charges to be given only to government.hoping for sincere attention.

illitrate face problems

one lady came to me.she is to get some amount nearly rs.7600.00 as left by father in law. there was no nomination due to no awareness. she is running to the bank since last one year.she got many documents,and to get them spent hundreds of rupees. now the bank is asking succession by court. this will spent good amount what she will get.though it is in power of bank to transfer the amount to survivors amount if mutual agreement is submitted.the concerned should help in such amounts not very big if in their power then why they not cooperate to account holders.in completing other formalities,that lady will have to take help of notary or lawyer and that will cost her about five hundred,that is also a big amount for poor.will it be possible for little amount to get succession from civil court.due to such problems people not claim small amounts and they are with banks as suspense accounts.some relief needed.may not be paid cash but can be transferred to successors a/c with less court work.banks can see for themselves that the claimant is genuine or not.

see to it

when a child is born,he knows nothing.but when he grew up he starts learning from his parents.he copies them,acts as them,and many characters come in him.later on he goes to school and develops as of his primary teachers, i have not forgotten my primary teachers.lot of their thinking's,teachings,still exist in my life though i am in my sixties.i can never forget my teachers,Mrs.smith.Mrs.Simon.miss.MacDonald,miss.kalra,Mr.Philips,Mr.Simon,my drawing teacher Mr.Jain, my p. t. teacher Mr.Anthony, Mr. chacko Mr,garg.they all are in my character.i extend my best regards to them.ii had not been if they had not guided me without any returns.i always remember my private teacher Mr. Iqbal for teaching me English.i also thank Mr.Ali for maths. and Mr. mumtaz for Hindi improvement later on .what all i have mentioned to tell that nobody can be perfect without teachers.we should always give them regard.i am successful in many fields only due to knowledge given by my seniors and teachers.in my professional field i learn t a lot from messes. vjren mehrotra,p.r. ganguly,narsman,avinash kjrpal,y.a.patel.o.k.kaul,.i learnt a lot of management from them.i pay my regards once again to all.what i want to bring before my readers and friends is that always remember them then only you get complete success.as a general millions live for their family but only this Will be remembered what you did for humanity,country and world.....najeeb khan agra 282005-india...

who is to see, and how can it be managed, now if you ever visit the residential colonies can see hospitals,coaching ,offices,shops,encroachments,no maintenance of public property,trees planted earlier not maintained,use of plastic-polythene,garbage,animals roaming,blockade of roads ,and many other things. though we have infrastructure for this, regulatory authorities to get the the rules followed. but why no action to prevent such are these problems not creating hygienic problems to citizens do the people does not have civic rights to live peacefully in areas. is not this is responsibility to transfer this to commercial buildings,do n.m.p. is charging commercial charges.local police station should also verify identity of such commercial places, whether the work declared is only going on and the person running business have proper identity.this is very necessary for new arrivals as tenants, and a system to inform before leaving to prevent forgery. so i request the civil administration to allow all activities if they are done by proper permission of the concerned department and are registered as per law and following required norms,rules and regulation to save the citizens from any harm. hope that other social workers will come up to stop too much of commercialization to reduce pollution,crowd, and other problems well known.........najeeb khan agra 282005....

there is nobody in the world who can correctly translate the holy "Quran" in this world, there is nobody to born after the prophet Mohammad to do so. if it had been any possibility the prophet must have allowed to read the holy "Quran" in any language , Nobody can claim to translate the holy book in the original form.
So I want the so called religious leaders in India not to create controversies, There is nobody in world after prophet who can elaborate the Quran in own words, prophet is the only messenger of God who in his lifetime delivered the holy book.For knowing or elaborating other facts, rules of Islam. The holy supporting book"Hadis". the common man, religious leaders spiritual leader can understand the directions, given by the prophet. the holy book Quran was compiled in the lifetime of khalifas. Who accompanied the prophet through his whole life, and they only gave message through other books,compiled afterwords by many Imams called hadis . so in short I want to request themselves designated religious leaders in India to follow the instructions of prophet and study well before giving any Fatwa . Fatwa is an Arabic word.
Fatwa is an advise given to individual, and cannot be published by press for all because their are few exceptions for individuals. the law of Islam is an universal truth and no body in present world is so competent to elaborate it in a right way. the law of Islam can only be explain to understand and it gives an idea to follow it. it is already a complete religious constitution and this is an iman of a true Muslim. religious leaders, teachers, translators and others while defining the religion and during uttering their speeches should first deliver in Arabic from Quran then elaborate it in their own words, otherwise some new is added or deleted by mistake also during translation will make gunahgar in the eyes of god. hope that they will study and look on this matter particularly and should be very careful during giving any statement to press. it will be better to verify with other scholars before any statement to press. it is a very sensitive matter and nothing should be done without proper research and study of the holy book and other supporting literature. till date i have gone through the works of many big scholars who have clearly mentioned that they have done their level best to translate but true copy is not possible.
