ADMINISTRATIVE LACUNA'S IN GOVERNMENT JOBS
i have been observing since long the working system in govt. sector.their is partiality for near and dears.it is seen changes due to this after governments are changed in state or central.undue transfers,others are the result of this.why the logo of any party.govt. employees should be neutral and they are.if it was not then only one government have only succeeded in elections ever.
those who are away from corruption always suffer.they are discouraged harassed by corrupt.their is partiality in distribution of work.those who work are always overloaded saying to get better results.if so why no punishments to non deserving or no promotions.all enjoy the promotion facility whether working or non working.in schools of central or state few are fully packed for periods and those near to heads are generally given relief due to no systems or guidelines.or by giving easy periods to enjoy.those near due to any reason case creed or community are overlooked and actions verbal or written only for those not in any favored group.
such to be stopped to get proper output from talented,their should be proper distribution of work and all complaints to be seen by neutral panel on working days without prior info.promotions to be given on a c r. overall cumulative performance.gents admins to deal with lady co workers or colleagues in decent manner and to prevent from verbal comments or others.
something now is to be planned to give returns to deserving employees who are working more efficiently or sincerely and not getting any grace due to other reasons quite possible in India. such is very rare in private sector due to answerabilty of management officers others.
